Any reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 90 days before departure. Any customer who has not paid the balance on the agreed date will be considered as having canceled his trip. Participants in our programs must be at least 16 years old (passengers) and 21 years old (drivers). Possession of a valid driver's license (car or motorcycle) is mandatory to drive
If you had to cancel your reservation, you must notify us as soon as possible. You will be charged cancellation fees according to the following scale:
From 90 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the amount of the trip
From 14 to 8 days before departure: 75% of the amount of the trip
From 7 to 1 day of departure: 100% of the amount of the trip
Failure by the customer to show up at the start of the raid entails the automatic cancellation of his reservation. The non-use, by the customer's choice, of an element or part of the package cannot give rise to any refund or compensation.
CHANGES TO PROGRAMS
The description of raids and tours offered in this brochure is as accurate as possible. However, the stages of the raids and circuits offered may exceptionally be modified due to weather conditions, snow or ice conditions, deviations or closures of trails, mechanical difficulties or special skills and/or requirements of the participants. The mileage of the circuits may vary and the accommodation provided for in the program may also be replaced by establishments of an equivalent or higher class. Any decision of the dispatcher or the guide, responsible for your safety and the smooth running of the program, will be binding.
DEPOSIT – DEDUCTIBLE
As part of this program, a deposit of $2,500+tx (two thousand, five hundred Canadian dollars + taxes) per snowmobile will be required. This deposit represents the maximum amount (deductible) for which the participant is responsible in the event of material damage to the snowmobile or equipment. This deposit, generally carried out by a credit card pre-authorization, is returned after inspection upon return of the snowmobiles.
Throughout their stay, participants are required to respect the laws and regulations in force in Quebec. Participants registering for our programs do so at their own risk and we cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident while practicing a sporting activity or driving a motorized vehicle. Each participant is the judge of his personal ability to make this type of trip and is fully responsible for his conduct. All our programs are sold excluding insurance, with the exception of civil liability insurance for damage to third parties, which is systematically included. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for all other risks related to this type of trip.
Registration for one of our programs implies acceptance and de facto adherence to our general conditions. It is the responsibility of the consumer to carefully read the recommendations and the general conditions of sale as well as the other informational documents since they come into force from the moment of purchase. Any dispute or dispute must be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Gatineau, Province of Quebec.
We guarantee a full refund for any cancellation involving provincial or national confinement due to health measures related to Covid-19.In order to better secure your investment, reservations are made by credit card, which also protects you from reimbursement insurance for your trip.
